Although Cuba isn’t necessarily a culinary destination, a meal at Finca Paraiso Agroecologica is a delight especially for vegetarians. Located in the Vinales Valley, a couple hours west of Havana, you can enjoy your meal on a patio overlooking the organic farm where the ingredients of your meal were harvested. The Vinales Valley is an outstanding karst landscape encircled by mountains and dotted with spectacular dome-like limestone outcrops (mogotes) that rise as high as 300 m.
